Policies and Procedures.

  1. Full payment is due upon delivery and setup. We accept cash, personal checks or credit cards. We do not accept personal checks that are outside of Kern county.
  2. If you're paying with a credit card, payment must be made prior to the delivery.
  3. If possible, we prefer to setup our bounce house units on grass lawn.
  4. For safety reasons, a minimum of 5 feet of clearnence space is required on each side of the bounce house unit.
  5. During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, snow, landslides, mudslides, tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes, tsunamis, invasion of Martians and etc.) we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
  6. Okay, we were just kidding about tsunamis. But seriously, as you know that weather in Kern county during winter months can get a bit tricky. Please go to www.weather.com or www.wrh.noaa.gov and review the weather forecast a week prior to the rental date. If precipitation is more than 30% or if there is a strong wind advisory for the day of the rental we may cancel your reservation.
  7. There will be a courtey confirmation call a day before the rental.
  8. Please turn off the sprinkler systems for the day of the rental.
  9. And lastly, if your kids enjoyed our bounce house and only if you're completely satisfied with our service and have nothing but nice things to say about us, we love to read your comments here. Otherwise, you may file a complaint using a form 29-A Section B35 Revision 5.
